They’ve outgrown the house. The Barbie collection has ambitions of its own.

A particularly useful extra is its own carport to the rear. Somewhere for your car to call home, without the evening hunt for a space. The neighbouring carport already has an EV charger fitted, so installing your own may be worth investigating, subject to permissions and electrical checks.

The owners bought the property a few years ago, and there may be areas you’d choose to freshen up. A little paint, a few personal touches and your own ideas would go a long way.

For the space on offer at this price point, we think it deserves a proper look.
